Today your coach will lead you through some strength work before a big, sweaty rowing workout. Take some time to perfect your deadlift technique and try to carry over some of the posture cues onto the rower. The same rigid torso that allows us to deadlift big weight will allow us to apply power to the footboards on the rower. Also, the rowing cue of the day to remember is "SEAT away from FEET."
