The TC10k is over but we will keep running!

Today's workout can be thought of as 3 mini-workouts. Each one is 5 minutes long but will require you to complete a run or row BUY IN before you start the fun stuff. If you haven't done a workout like this before, a BUY IN is a task that you will complete just once before beginning the rest of the workout.

We will also allow an amount of time in the SKILL portion of today to build up to the deadlift you want to use in the workout. If short on space or equipment, we will partner everyone up but make sure everyone involved can deadlift the weight for multiple unbroken reps if they needed to.
