Coming in HOT this Monday! Get your sun-kissed cheeks into Catalyst today for this fun interval workout. Your score today is simply how many calories you can accumulate. Thing is, you'll have to earn your way to that rower or bike.

Each round today is just 3 minutes long so it might be tempting to attack this workout like a bat out of hell but we suggest you don't do that. Try simply staying slow and steady on the burpees so when you get to the overhead squats you are able to perform large sets or flirt with going unbroken. Putting the bar down, resting and then picking it back up will eat up your time to get those calories in. So, stick to the plan and see have some fun today.
