It's the freakin' weekend, baby!

Big change in stimulus from the typically flat runs along the boardwalk to some hills. We don't have a good hill nearby and it's too short of notice to ask everyone to meet at Mount Doug so we will crank those treadmills up a few degrees and see if we can get those legs pumping up an incline. Hill running is tough, there's no way around that, but what feels that difficult must be making us fitter, right?
