Choices, choices!

Today you will have a bit of a choose your own adventure. You can make a choice based on your goals and your current experience level. As your coaches have already proven to you, every workout is scalable to meet any individuals need but the biggest difference today is OPTION A has full squat snatches while OPTION B separates them into power snatches and overhead squats. This will allow you to possibly choose different weight for those movements and get some overhead squat practice in at a lighter weight without having the experience needed to fully squat snatch that weight.

SCALING OPTIONS

  • Reduce weight
  • Dowel for overhead squats
  • Ring row instead of pull ups
