We have a fun one for you today. It's a new twist on a classic workout that will challenge you no matter what your level of fitness is. You steer the boat and go only as hard as you would like but it's guaranteed to leave you wanting to do it again.

Power Cleans (95/65)
Box Jump Overs (24/20")
Reduce barbell weight OR
Sub in dumbbells
Step ups instead of box jumps
Ring row instead of pull ups
