Today's workout has us working in teams of 3. With only one person working at a time, we will have a chance to recover from the effort you give when it's your turn. Make it a good one.

The solid crew of Strength Academy has actually tackled this workout in the past and this is what we think...

  • Work with your team to determine an appropriate rep scheme that you will each do.
  • You will get quite a bit of rest, don't panic if you feel like you've come out of the gates too hard.
  • This workout isn't necessarily meant to be finished... unless you really, really go for it!
