With the sun shining on us for the foreseeable future we want to encourage you guys to use that fitness to get outside and explore. Close to our hearts at Catalyst is the idea of adventure and this week we want to show you some of our favorite local spots that sit right in our backyard.

DAY 5: Jordan River
About an hours drive up the west side of our little island is Jordan River. Grab your surfboard, your mountain bike or your hiking boots and stop in at any of the wicked trails and beaches along the way. Make sure to drop into Shirley Delicious for a coffee.
