With the sun shining on us for the foreseeable future we want to encourage you guys to use that fitness to get outside and explore. Close to our hearts at Catalyst is the idea of adventure and this week we want to show you some of our favorite local spots that sit right in our backyard.

DAY 6: East Sooke Park
This winding up and down hike along the coast is a short drive or bike ride from the city. While you’re out there you should ride a few more minutes up Silver Spray Drive to find the abandoned hotel project with half-built buildings and the great lookout point from this photo.
