To take you into the new month we have a long triplet for you, similar to yesterday’s WOD.  For this one, you should choose a scale for the wall balls and DB snatches that you can hold onto for 20+ reps when fresh. You'll know you picked the right options if you complete each round in about 9-10 minutes.
