Your hands and your grip would probably love a day off from a barbell. Here it is, a chance to work on your ability to go long and manage a good heart rate. Definitely take this one slower than you might think. Meaning, don't fall into the trap of thinking you need to have a personal best 2k row to start this workout. That would be a huge mistake and you will end up struggling through the rest. 

So, pace pace pace. That is the advice for today.
