How often are you doing that little bit extra homework to help yourself out? Doing 5-10min of specific mobility drills before or after class will pay massive dividends after just a few sessions. Watch the attached video for some great tips from the king Supple Leopard himself, Kelly Starrett.

SCALING OPTIONS

Sub Power Snatch or DB Snatch for all barbell movements
Reduce barbell weight
Reduce amount of burpees
Simply step up instead of jumping with the burpee
