Today's post is short and sweet since we're all glued to our TVs and computer screens watching some of the fittest people on Earth compete at the CrossFit Games. 

Besides the Open division there are also a bunch of Age Groups that have been exciting to watch from 13 years old to 60+. If you want to catch some of the action there are some daily highlights on your local CBS station (check your listings) as well as all of the action being streamed at games.crossfit.com.
